Art of Movement Dance Studio is currently looking to expand our teaching team! We are seeking someone who is a creative and well rounded teacher, who has a love and passion for dance, teaching, and inspiring students to let their inner light shine. We are seeking a teacher that is enthusiastic about teaching and choreographing tap, jazz, and/or ballet. Other styles like lyrical, modern, hip hop, and creative movement are also of interest. Extensive knowledge through experience and/or higher education is required.
We strive to create a comfortable and safe place at the studio for students to explore movement and gain confidence. These are values that all teachers need to uphold in their classes while sharing their love of dance. We offer classes to all ages, 2.5 year old-adult.
Our teachers are given space to be creative in their classes. They are appropriately compensated for their time and given opportunities for continuing education and encouraged to always be learning.
