Ticketing

  • Things are constantly changing with COVID.  Right now, things are changing for the better.  We are however at the point where some decisions need to be finalized.  This includes the performance groups and schedules.  The number of tickets available will be adjusted based on current health orders.
  • We will still start by making up to 4 tickets per dancer per performance available online for purchase between April 2nd-16th.  Reminder: each dancer will perform twice giving each dancer a total of up to 8 tickets (up to 4 at each of their performances).
  • We will open up sales of any additional tickets, based on availability and current capacity limitations, on April 19th.  Those tickets will be available for purchase at the dance studio during regular business hours (Monday-Thursday 4-9pm, Saturday 9:30-11:30am), April 19th-29th.

Masks

  • We would like to have the students perform without a mask on, while on stage.  Masks will be required by everyone when backstage or in the audience.  To prepare for this we will be having students practice in small groups at the studio without their masks on.
  • If you feel uncomfortable with your dancer not wearing a mask, either at the studio or during the performance, please let us know.

 

Parent Volunteer Sign-ups!
  • As a dance parent you have the opportunity to get involved with recital.  We need help to make sure our performances run smoothly for our dancers and audience.  Sign-ups will be posted at the studio.  Please stop in the lobby to sign-up.  
  • For Backstage mom role and responsibilities CLICK HERE.  Please review if you are considering helping out in that way.  
  • Ushers: As an usher you will hand out programs before the performance as well as help us sanitize seats between performances.  
  • Set up: If you are available at 10:00am on April 30th, please consider signing up to help with set up.  
  • Strike: We will also need help with strike after the last performance, around 8:50pm, on May 1st.
